If we go out for a quotation, we don’t charge for a call out.
We also don’t charge call out for repairs if repairs are completed for the same job. 

Depending on the job, we may be able to help the same day or the next day.

We don’t offer finance options. Our clients tend to prefer to put the charge on a credit card which often works out cheaper.
By not offering finance options, we are able to keep our prices lower as we aren’t paying finance charges.

Most of the time yes!

We may have the parts in the van, but if not, we can go to a local shop which will likely have the parts in stock. 

Yes, we offer 24 months of workmanship guarantee and the parts are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. 

Sometimes yes, however, we would recommend using a trusted supplier. We’d be happy to talk more about this with you before the works begin.

Bank transfer is the most common method of payment, but we accept card payments too. We can also send a payment link out.

• Water underfloor heating or wet systems

• Carpet and rug flooring (with low TOG value)

An underfloor heating installation can be completed on both the ground and upper floors or your home. The most popular room for underfloor heating installation is the bathroom, to keep your feet nice and toasty!

Underfloor heating installation should be carried out by a professional. Installing a water-based system requires the floor to be temporarily removed, the pipes laid and connected to the boiler.  Depending on the size and number of rooms this can take a number of days. Once installed, underfloor heating requires very little maintenance.

There are three cost areas to underfloor heating: System costs, installation costs and running costs. Things to consider:

• Dry systems can be a lot more expensive to run than wet
• The installation cost depends on how the system you are installing and how many rooms you have
• Underfloor heating can offer substantially lower running costs compared to traditional central heating
