Had enrolled on their excellent subscription service and the small cupboard boiler suitable for my flat (which they were the only plumbers to offer) had its first gas boiler service and gas safety certificate quickly and cleanly completed with no fuss last Thursday. Lazard Plumbing replaced both the inlet and flush valves in the cistern of an upstairs toilet. The correct parts were sourced and supplied and the work was carried out to an excellent standard. Ray, the plumber, was both very experienced and very capable and we couldn't be more pleased the work he completed. Just had my annual service completed by Lazard. The booking process was super straightforward and communication and updates was constant throughout. The engineer Ray was super polite and friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained the process before conducting the service and offered great advice after completion. I had heating and plumbing work done and also shower rooms extensively modernised. The results are excellent.
I liked the detailed communication throughout the project and I was pleased that my requests were understood. All workers were polite and respectful that a property can be a persons home. Work areas were left tidy and clean.
