What HomeCare is, and what it is not
HomeCare is a maintenance and priority membership, not breakdown insurance. Repairs, parts and detailed fault investigation are charged as normal. Priority means the earliest suitable appointment ahead of comparable non-member work — not a guaranteed same-day visit.
